Ooooh honey! I can’t wait until the weekend. But who has to wait until then when you can just stir up on of these? I tried this recipe the other day and let me tell you this was a nice warm edition to my Mango Sticky Rice takeout from the place down the street. If you wanna try this concoction, I would highly recommend!
– 1.5 oz. Spiced Rum
– 1 oz. Amaretto
– 4 oz. Almond Milk
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 2-3 pieces whole Star Anise Pods
– Ground cinnamon, for garnish
In a small saucepan, combine spiced rum, amaretto, almond milk, cinnamon sticks, and star anise pods. Heat to a simmer and remove from heat. Let steep for at least 5 minutes. Pour into a glass and garnish with ground cinnamon.
