Keto Diary: Week 3 & 4

Bet you bitches did’t think I would last did you?! Well I didn’t! At least not all the way. I’ve been eating as clean as I can with little indulgences here and there. Such as: eating more nuts than the “recommended serving size”. Is a handful a tablespoon? If that’s the case, I’ve eaten 6 tablespoons.

Has my weight changed? Not drastically, last I check it was 186lbs, and that was pre-shark week. So hopefully after this week, I would’ve shed more. I would’ve been more inclined to check, but since I’m here in Savannah with Ryan, I’m am sans scale at the moment.

Lastly, because I’ve lost weight and my belly is noticeably smaller than usual, I’m starting to feel a bit more confident. It makes me feel good to know that skipping those butter drenched rolls from Texas Roadhouse was worth it. So that in and of itself keeps me going.

Heads up- it’s my birthday this week, and you damn right I’m having one sweet treat for my birthday!
